Boat Bottom Barnacle Removal and Paint

I am looking for recommendations for skilled boat repair/paint person to sand barnacles from boat bottom and paint the bottom.
Also need boat waxed, topside and outside.
Prefer someone that is bonded and does this work often, high degree of integrity.

I live in Summerville but will haul the boat to have work done.

The boat will need to be lifted from the trailer and placed on stands.
