Does anyone have a recommendation for a medium quality boat cover for a 18’ flats boat?

I got this one in the size for my boat and have been surprisingly bappy with it. For a center console, I just got the next size up and it fits great. Mine is under a shed now, but I still keep the cover on it.

Bass Pro Shops (www.basspro.com) has a really good selection of boat covers for a very reasonable price. They can’t compete with WallyWorld’s price, but you ultimately get what you pay for. IMO.
