Happy to actually have the flats boat out of the sun and elements when we moved recently and I was able to get the boat in the garage…
However, there is a leak in the floor of the garage that allows rain water in, so the room becomes extremely hot & humid and moist…
Cant this extreme humidity and extreme heat present some problems of its own with the boat or am I over-thinking it too much??
Dehumidifier??

Probably overthinking unless you start to get mold growing. I keep my flats boat in the water all the time and the humidity doesn’t affect it.
I would get the garage fixed unless the house is a rental because water coming up from the floor doesn’t sound like something you want long-term.
I had similar problem. Installed a vent fan and set it on a timer. Works great. Search for Durafan shutter fan. Plugs in to standard outlet so no new wiring required. You do have to cut a hole in your garage though so it can pull the moist air out.
