I had my boat insurance through State Farm. Although State Farm has really good car and home insurance, they suck at boat insurance. I got in touch with Lee Strickland of Strickland Marine, and he got me a better policy for almost half the price. State Farm was $937 a year, and Strickland Marine got it for $550 a year and a lower deductible.
