Well first quess is a blown head gasket,the more i read on the web,the more i get scared i may have the dreaded yamaha corrision issue…of course everyone is weeks behind…
I thought the yamaha corrosion issue was addressed in the newer motors? You were referring to the corrosion on header assembly right?

yes the exhaust corrosion…the more you read the more i dont think it was addressed,my motors are mid 06,not sure they even knew there would be issues yet…we will know in a few weeks…
