Boat Loans

hope this is correct forum…

where can someone with good credit get a zero down boat loan on a used boat. most places are wanting a cash down payment based on purchase price. ie if I bought a $100,000 boat for $50,000 they would still want a CASH down payment based on the 50,000.

SCFCU is a great bank to work with (2.99% is NOT accurate).

The down payment requirement is going to be structured by LTV loan to value. If your credit (not just score) meets the right requirements, you could expect to be able to finance up to 100% of NADA average retail.

definitely look at credit unions, and the rates, terms and amounts will be reflected in the type of relationship you have with the credit union.
