Rather than buying a new (or newer) boat, I’m consider restoring my 21’ Sea Pro. The hull is in great shape, and I really love the boat for what I use it for.
My 115HP Yammy 4 stroke runs fine, but it’s a 2002 and the boat could use a 150hp. I’m lookint at repowering, rewiring, reupholestering and adding some new electronics…but want to get it professionally done. Anyone have a reccomendation on where I can get this type of “one stop shopping” done here in the Charleston area?

When I repowered my first boat I got 3 local quotes that were similar then went on boat trader and found a deal on a motor that was a year old NIB. Ended up driving down to Destin FL for a birthday vacation and a motor purchase saved over 4k.

From a financial perspective, you would be much better off to sell the boat as is and buy a newer boat rigged how you want it.
I have a 2004 21 ft sea pro sv2100 with a Yamaha 150 4 stroke recently reupholstered with full custom cushion package. New stereo receiver with 1 yr old jbl speakers. Minn kota riptide trolling motor with ipilot and on board charger I’m considering selling. Any interest?
