Anyone know the name or contact for the boat boneyard on 85’s frontage road? A buddy of mine referred to it as where boats go to die. Id like to harvest some pieces for my rear seats and storage if there are any goodies out there.

This guy was nuts, but seemed to be a great guy. He’s got lots of old stuff that he “doesn’t want to sell”. There were a few things that I saw that I’d like to maybe talk to him about.
Stuff I saw that I don’t need:
Gunnel Mount Outriggers - Complete set
Manual windlass - was on a trihull, but looked like it would be a good little thing to have for an inshore boat
Teak rod holders under the gunnels of an old walk around deep deep in the briers and fire ants
The T Top that you guys mentioend above is in great condition and is huge. I measured it thinking it would span my dual console, but it wouldn’t.
Lots of junk too.

He’s a good guy. The white dog won’t bite even though he sure looked like he would as I pulled up.

is there any large pieces of teak or mahogany? if they are right ill do what ever to get them.
