What is up with the new boat storage area that went up off Abelmarle Road? Is this a permanent facility? Or temporary for some marina?

Anyone using the new place on Folly Road near Buffalo South? Sounds like dry stack without the stack or waterfront; but like the eidea of they wash and flush each time.
J - Thie boat Storage on Albemarle Road I believe is storage for boats from Ripley dry stack while they renovate.
