Just curious as to what you guys pay for taxes on boat/motor and what county.
I live in bamberg county and its always been ridiculous. Last year was around $900 for both for an 08 18’ bay boat and Suzuki 150.
Just got wife’s vehicle tax for 07 suburban and it jumped from 480 to 560. I think I might puke when I get the boat notice this year.

only our house has ever gone up all others have dropped every year.

A new school being built so they decided to raise taxes.

How does that SHO push that Scout? I’m looking into buying one next year (SHO) Any problems with it? Is it made for saltwater use as much as the other 4 stroke yammies?

It’s fine for the saltwater. I have 105 hours on it so far, no problems. Knock on wood! Tons of torque and fast.

2007 Suburban in Berkeley County is $222.26. Call your tax office.
We dispute all our property taxes ( cars and boat ). Usually get some money knocked off. The worst is a 25 year old car that we own the taxes keep going up on.
We try to knock down every vehicle as well, but bamberg county just has insane taxes.
Seriously considering buying a little piece of land in Calhoun county or since water breaker mentioned Berkeley county they seem cheap too.
