Where is the best place to buy a new boat trailer for a 20’ center console? Prices seem to be a little high here locally.

Out of curiosity what have your quotes ranged from and are you looking for a galvanized or aluminum. Also what is your budget and are you looking for trailer with torsion or leaf springs. These options definately drive the price up but usually you get what you pay for. I just bought a new trailer a week ago and I went with galvanized with torsion axle and led lights with a rating of 2100 lbs. It fits boats from 16 to around 18 and I paid 1200$ so hope this gives you an idea oh and by the way its an EZ loader.

I need a single axle torsion that can hold up to 3000 lbs. Aluminum is about the same price as galvanized now with the steel prices today. Prices have been around $2200.00

I am in this same position right now…need an aluminum trailer for a 20’ cc. Hull weighs is 1900#, motor is 500#, and holds about 400# fuel. Don’t need brakes, do want torsion axle. Single or tandem (if close in price). Lots of quotes around town from 2500 to 3800 and many that I can’t get on the phone or to return a voice mail. Any advice on the most reasonable trailer price around town? I need it by Friday after work because my boat is stuck in Bluffton.

I bought an aluminum guide on with torsion axels years ago for my boat a couple of years ago from these folks. Best deal I found. They are Columbia SC.

Thanks all for the suggestions, the best deal for me ended up being at Rogue Motion on Folly rd. Got a tandem torsion axle Load Rite aluminum trailer with dual axle brakes, stainless fasteners and guideposts that fits up to a 22’ for $3175 out the door. For what I needed it was by far the best deal I could find in or out of town.
