i was wordering how to get a job washing boats or just about any job at a marina?
washing,…show up with a bucket, hose and scrub brush. you might be able to get a few of the big boats to throw you a few bucks to wash down the boat after a long day on the pond.
as far as marina jobs,…fill out an application.
if you get to indepth with the washing, the marinas will require you to carry insurance before working on their docks.
if you keep it simple, you just might fly under the radiar
“The amount of money I’ll be makin would hurt your parents feelings. Remember the class where I taught you all how to make it rain? That’s what I’ll be doin every night, dollar…dollar…bills y’all.”
If you want a job washing boats my suggestion is to make up some flyers and cruise around neighborhoods and boat landings on weekend afternoons. There are plenty of tired boaters/fishermen that may use your services or spouses of the aforementioned that may hire you as a “gift” for their anglers.

</font id=“quote”></blockquote id=“quote”>To get a job at a marina (or anywhere else for that matter), go to the marina during business hours and ask for the manager. Explain to him or her that you are looking for a job. State your experience and qualifications. Ask if there are any openings and if not, can you be called when there is an opening.
Show up well groomed and dressed respectably. Leave your cell phone off. Say “yes sir (or ma’am)” as appropriate.
