Caught the low and incoming afternoon tide with my daughter. She caught plenty of assorted live bait in just a few casts of her net.
Fished only 2 not so secret spots and caught 9 trout 12-15" and 6 underslot reds. Caught them on FM, live shrimp and small live menhaden. No big ones, but still fun. All fish were released unharmed.Charlotte, my 22 year old daughter, caught the bait but then slept most of the 2 hours I fished because she worked all night Friday. Still a fun day. Can’t wait till fall. Here’s one of the trout.
