Took advantage of the gorgeous weather we are having. He hit a spot today I’ve never fished at before with great results. Caught some menhaden and finger mullet. Fished the end of outgoing tide and the entirety of incoming. Caught my first Jack today. Lots of bonnet heads and big sting rays. Had a nice lady fish on, definitely the biggest I’ve ever hooked. Had a great day on the water with some good friends.
Where is a good location to catch menhaden? I could catch finger mullet by the dozens by didn’t see menhaden. I only get to Charleston a couple times a year and i used to find them way up the Wando but need a location near the harbor.
