I used to get similar emails a lot. Usually from some doctor, or relative of a high ranking official in a third world country in Africa. The stories are all similar, they have large sums of money they need to get out of the country & are looking for aid, in exchange for a substantial sum being provided.

They call this a “Nigerian Scam” as it seems to have originated in that country.

I’ve also won the English Lottery several times, even though I’ve never entered the drawing. Funny how that works! :smiley:
