New in box. I tried to install it but the pre-existing hole on my boat was too big for this kit. Comes with a template/gasket for complete waterproofing and screws/anchors for installation. It seems like it’s really solid, wish i could use it. I paid $20, found it for $13 on amazon. I’ll let it go for $10. Color is white.
