bottom fishing 7/12/14

did some bottom fishing out in 85 ft. got some amberjacks, seabass, some other junk fish and one nice red snapper my first keeper of 2014. got him on my lightest rod with a buck tail tipped with a gulp curly tail. not sure of weight gonna weigh it in tomorrow. does anyone know if red snapper is part of the trident? On a side note: on the way in we stopped at chs 60 and someone lost one of their divers. we looked around for a while to no avail. our prayers go out to him and his family I hope they find him.

Congrats! Bucktails are one of the most overlooked lures of all-time. I love 'em just like your first red. Congrats again.
