I will keep all of that in mine. I do like the idea of having a seperate unit with GPS and weather as a “back up” if needed. It’s probably going to be a little while before I drop much coin on more electronics too.
Hopefully going to be fishing at least a few times a month starting next month so I will keep you posted if you want to join us. We only had 3 last weekend so another would have been good. Mostly fishing out of G’town but may head down to Charleston too.

If you take Phin be sure to bring extra food and drink. He is a machine. You will leave very early and come home very late. Lots of fish to clean when you get home though I will give him that.

Congrats on your new 26! My 23 Reg impresses me on every trip. Well built solid boats for sure. When I put in my thru hull transducer the glass was 1.25" thick! I’ve heard the 26 is more like 3" of glass. Check out www.redregulator.com too. Cool website w tons of good info and helpful reg owners.
