I use , Quaker Oats Wally World brand, cat food, menhaden oil/ milk on a sponge.
If I had a Grenade I’m sure that would help.

If you get on some b liners let your chum bag down near the bottom and bring it up 10’ every 10 minutes and the B liners will come to the surface.
