What a great GOOD FRIDAY. We had fish on almost all day. Started on the cars, then Y73 then private number in 85ft. We caught and released over 100 fish, ranging from vermillion, triggers, porgies, BSB, grunts, speared sheeps and spades. We caught 8 sea bass between 16 and 19 inches. I attached some Y73 photos. If you know how to caught spades, I think all the spades in the Atlantic ocean were on the Y73. Vis was great about 40 to 50 feet and a warm 65 degrees compared to 56 degrees last dive.
the Y73 mainly had AJ and spades, I saw a few grouper and sheep.

It was a great day. Too bad the boat was camped on Comanche so we didn’t get that 2nd dive in. It was nice to catch that 19" BSB instead of the ones you have to measure to see if they are legal. The 3lb vermilion was nice also. When does grouper fishing open up?

For the dive, my computer read mid 60s at the surface and 57 on the bottom. No cobia yet but hopefully soon. The spades were so thick that you could close your eyes and shoot and hit two.

Had a great time and a great crew, Good to see old friends and make some new, Mr King nice matching outfits, my wife says I need to get a pair to help keep the laundry room smelling fresh, glad the motor was an easy repair, Jorden thanks for the invite hopefuly next time, Capt. Gregg sure can pick good weather, the boat that wanted to be left alone does not know how benefical a diver friend can be.
