The DNR is not the best one for offshore since they might not update it in a timely manner. It’s good most of the time, but I have seen it behind before… That being said, here is the link that should be considered the most reliable source:

Note that laminating it is good, but realize the last date that it was updated… 13 days ago…
If you have a smartphone download their app (SAFMC) do a quick update and you can leave your phone in airplane mode and have all of the regulations and fish ids while on the water.
The smartphone app is the bomb.

It will also notify you when regulations update as well…seasons limits etc. It is pretty slick.
probably records and tells them the GPS numbers you stop at so they can make them protected marine habitat
