Bottom Fishing ??

I haven’t read all the new laws that are about to go into effect but is it worth bottom fishing this month? What about a charter for 4-6 guys, reccomendations? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response, I’ve heard very good things about the capt. Without having to read all the verbage about the closures, is there a quick explanation of what is/has happened to our bottom fishing opportunities? What is legal and what is not?
