I used this guy a year ago. He charges by the foot and does great work. Found him on Craigslist. Send him a picture of the boat so he knows what he’s dealing with and he gave me a price over the phone. He’ll come to you if the boats out of the water.

What ever you do Be ready with the pressure washer when the boat comes out of the water. If you wait to long you will have to use a hammer and chisel
