Bottom Painting places?

Wife wants me to get the bottom of the boat re-painted as its looking pretty bad. I don’t much care, but for cosmetics sake I’m willing to get a few quotes. It doesn’t need to be anti-fouling, just needs to cover up the existing mess.

Longshore boats said it’ll be approximately $40/ft. That’s $760. Anyone else I should check? Is this something that might be cheaper in the offseason? Because I can wait.

I wish the previous owner never painted the bottom, its more trouble than its worth.

yes
we do bottom paint as well as repairs and sales
I suggested non ablative paint
it is much harder than normal ablative paint and looks better longer when a boat is trailered, also, it doesn’t rub off on you and your clothes when you are in the water around the boat
