I bowfish and gig fairly regularly and go on week nights. Recently a great deal of my fishing buddies got different day jobs and cant go during the week. I am looking for men that want to go, and contribute slightly to the boat clean up and gas (minor cost).
I have a fully set up 20 ft gigging boat with gigs and bows. No one would need to bring anything, just contribute to cost of fuel, ice, beer etc and cleaning the boat and fish. Anyone who has knowledge is preferred, but I’m getting all the spots and such figured out as I go. Anyone interested in going should send me a message. I would prefer people with boating/fishing experience and no criminal record. I try to keep my nose clean and surround myself with like minded people.

hardee hardee har ricky… just a few hours ago I had one of my seminar guys on my boat thank me for explaining why it pays to go the extra mile to avoid other giggers and be courteous on the water after many trips on his boat that were as detrimental to the other people on the water as they were unproductive. As much as I shouldnt say this I TOLD YA SO
I’m not guiding, I’m simply enjoying the sport. I or my family/friends eat everything we take, and I don’t make anything doing it. I stay away from people’s houses and respect the environment.
Unlike you, I’m taking them with a bow, so it’s a touch more difficult. Before you knock my “nite paving job” setup, come try to stick them with a bow.
Besides, are you still deer hunting with a re-curve bow? After all that’s how they used to do it. I don’t think its fair to call me commercial for having good lights. For the record, I changed the generator from the stock loud one, to the most quiet (Honda) i could find.

What happened to the days of graining with $4, 12V clamp-on light and a good deep cell battry?
Before that it was kerosene Aida lanterns.
Now, you gotta have a loud ass generator,20’ bote, and enough lighting for a nite paving job? What is the lowcountry coming to?
Get enough commercialized operations like that, there wont be any more flounders left.Kinda like cobias.
Nice Boat I like the grill on the boat. That is what you call cooking it fresh!!! Yeah bow fishing is a lot harder than most people would ever understand!!!
