I gotcha tuna aboard (almost) an Albe right here.
Wow. That is the most stable vessel I have ever seen. 5 guys and a 500lb fish on the gunwale and not the slightest list.

So nearly 1,100lb’s and hardly any listing?

A bit touchy this afternoon? Jorts in a wad? I get the “Rocking Pull” in theory, but lets explore.
Exhibit A - the boat, Albemarle’s are known for their wicked rock even at rest. Clearly in these photos there is not much more than a swell- not even a white cap. I presume the boats perpetual rocking could account for the physics of the “Rock and Pull”.
Exhibit B – the 4 gents and tuna on the stbd side. A fairly conservative guestimate would put the weight at 1100 lb’s. Nearly any vessel with a 20 degree plus deadrise and that kind of weight is going to lean hard.
So what you are saying is all these 4 gents timed the roll perfectly rushed to one side of the boat and yanked that monster out of the water in the 2 seconds it takes the boat to pitch from the bottom of a nearly non-existent swell to the moment in time this photo was taken?
Just asking??

i believe you EF… reely i do.
EF- just pulling a midgemullet/greg901092019. That truely must have been an epic day for your friend. Its not too often the “little” boat gets a shot much less lands a fish of that caliber.

I believe EF. I know he’s a kidder alot of the times, but never about something like this. He has no reason to; it wouldn’t make sense to fake it now.
