skirted the dredge and started straight out. fished the ledge (more or less - still no electronics up top) for several hours… just after we got set… five lines down. 4 beautiful undersized hee-ha’s and one trophy false blackfin. at that point we should have known it was time to turn around and head home. we proceed to crush the less tasty morsels. brought another 7 trophy false blackfin to the ponit, but no, we didn’t stop there. throughout the day we persisted and were fortunate to run over a rare little tunny, and an early season barramundy. not to stop there, we topped of the catch with a daymaker fountainackeral. We had 3 and 2/5 tunas get eaten by sharks and were eaten off by wahoos 5 times.
