I need the right front brake caliper and pads replaced on my van. Are there any good mobile mechanics or anyone on here that does this type of work? I used to do it but my back won’t let me do hardly anything now.

Hey coot, not sure the reason for the replacement but to be on the safe side of things if it was hanging up I’d replace both. Also if it was hanging up there is a good chance it has warped your rotor. Just throwing that out there. Good luck with it !

It doesn’t pull to the right, doesn’t have any wobble or vibration. It’s just that it doesn’t retract and keeps pads engaged. Around the neighborhood is ok but drive it to West Ashley from Dorchester and 526 you end up with a rotor putting off a little heat. Don’t drive it much since I lost my job over three years ago. Would like to go fishing now and then hence the reason for getting that one wheel done.
