Well, not really. I went amidst rumors of 6fters. Some how there was this guy stowed away on the boat:
After discovering him I was forced to concede the first mate job to him. Having established my 4 year old as the first mate we decided to brave more rough conditions such as this:
Once we started fishing the first stop produced 3 gags and 2 ARS. As we were fishing my 4 year old prophecies, “Dad, we are going catch 2 more snapper.” I know that he is not current on his nmfs bag limits. So I take this as a sign.
We go to the next stop and catch sea bass.
Then we go to the last stop and just like he said: one snapper, two snapper and one more gag in that order.
Pulled the anchor and headed home against more rough conditions such as these:
