went this morning and changed my plans due to the fact some say they were catching a few keepers at bottom of lake and fished (towers, jakes and yacht cove) came out with 0 keepers and 13 shorts. should have went up o well. knew i had tommorrow. going in the morning back to hollow creek maybe up some but probably stay in hollow. if anybody wants to tag or anything send me a message. if not will let you know how it went. tight lines to all…
is the water still nasty up around big mans and cloud creek-thinking but trying tomorrow
We launched out of spinners saturday morning and went down to buffalo creek. It was muddy, but cleared some back in Buffalo. I go over the Congaree every day and it looked much clearer today. Maybe things are clearing up there as well.

I fished back of hollow creek near south lake marina/dano’s, fishermans wharf point, etc today…that’s where my dad lives…caught 1 19-20" in 30 min on umbrella in 8’ of water

fished the big water down from spinners. caught 11 total between me and a buddy. only 2 keepers. 22" and 23". most were 18-20.5" range. had a blast though. chasing birds. man it was frigggggggggin cold.
thinking about trolling umbrella’s, rapala’s and bucktails around acapulco sign…Fish there right now or no? We’ve had success in the past fishing there in the winter…Haven’t done much striper fishing in the past year though…Where’s everybody catching them at?
