Anyone have a report from the inlet lately? headed out there in a bit and trying to decide on bait…
so I went and used minnows and cut mullet on the bottom and not one bite. Water was fast as usual, I fished the hr on the outgoing and the two hours on the incoming. Used a #3 flat weight, too heavy?

3 oz? That’s not too heavy.

Even a 6oz struggles to keep bait on the bottom when the tide is really moving, if you are fishing on the bridge. I don’t know if they still allow you to fish from the bridge or not, they used to.
Moral judgment under girds the entire structure of laws and is necessary for the rational structure of any significant statute. The idea that our laws can stand independent of moral foundation is senseless.----- Albert Mohler.
Well no wonder I couldn’t keep my line in front of me. I’m headed out again in the am (low tide is 9:01am) so I will try a heavier weight. I was down in to the right of the bridge down on station 30. I haven’t seen anyone from the bridge, although there are a lot of boats to fish from that area…

Give the rocks at station 32 a shot. Had luck there earlier this week.
