Some of you may have already… Our Experience Center was broken into Friday morning. A large sum of reels, rods, LSG, etc. were stolen. Easy to spot product like Curado DC, Metanium DC, Bantam and Stella reels are now out there. Please keep an eye out at the shops in the area. Be on the lookout for items trying to be returned, traded or anything suspicious they may come across. If you have any questions regarding this, please PM me…
I hate a thief. Is that the one one Palmetto Commerce?
Yes, sir…
Might help to post this on THT also
Call all the pawn shops in town and give them a heads up.

Already done… We’ve been visiting shops as well. Highly unlikely this will work out in our favor but you never know!
Very bad deal, I hope you have a way to prove the stolen items are yours if they are found in a pawn shop.I’ve heard horror stories of people finding their property in a sketchy shop and the owner not wanting to cooperate if there’s not a serial number or something.

Sorry to hear about the break in. Nothing is safe now days. Too bad you didn’t have a bad A-- pair of Doberman’s.
I loved your place, been there for a couple of fishing club meetings.
I hope you catch and burn the thieves. Could it have been an inside job? Where was your security? With that much high dollar fishing gear on display, it would be tempting for a lot of shady folks.
Someone knows the local fence, put up a large enough reward, and you may get them. I doubt if it will be found in any local pawn shops. Good luck.
Man that would be a sweet new arsenal of reels! At least it’s a insured corporate write off I’m sure. Still crappy though. No cameras???
We have lots of cameras. We were able to watch every step from the time they drove in with a stolen box truck till they drove back out…
It’s happened multiple times in our CA facility. Last time a truck was driven through the front doors. Unfortunately, it’s the cost of doing business these days. That said, we are in the process of making some changes.
Where does that stuff end up? Is there a black market for fishing gear?? Seems like it would have to be pawned or sold through various online sites. It’s not like some crime boss with a fishing problem commissioned thief’s to steal an Arsenal of shimano gear. Makes you wonder

After being released, a lot of fish die, but a lot of them live also.
