Heading to the broad sat am for cobia??
Good luck Mr. Stono!! If you put in at the 170 bridge be careful at low tide. Nothing but a mud/sand flat for 20 30 yards after the grass. If your not familiar with that area, you’ll see the fleet by the bridge, past the bridge to your right (area called the turtle), and at the rip. You can line up on the rip by spotting the microwave tower on Parris Island. I like the left side. Also if the water is not too choppy travel out to the mouth of the sound and watch your depth looking for a good drop off and set up in your deepest plotted depth.

Will put in at lemon Isle landing. Thanks for the info

It’s been several years since I’ve fished the rip, but I always liked the outgoing on the left side ride over the rip and look for the 12’ to 35ish’ drop and anchor so your bait is just hitting the deep spot. If you don’t catch a cobia you may catch a shark.
