i had four 4oz flounder fillets
little salt and pepper, 4 thin lemon slices and half an orange pepper sliced thin, in a shallow, greased dish in the broiler for 4-6 minutes.
the topping: 1/4c softened butter, 1/2c Parmesan, 1/2c panko bread crumbs, 4 green onions chopped, 3T mayo, dash of Chalula and a pinch of salt.
Remove fish from the broiler and spoon/spread topping on the fillets then return to the broiler for 1-2 minutes (should be lightly browned)
