Is anyone willing to part with a broken or damaged fly rod(s) they have, for parts?

You may not get any replies here that you’d like… most fly rods have warranties that require sending in the old broken rod for repair/replacement… if you are looking for old rods that never had a warranty the parts may not be worth salvaging. Check out http://www.mudhole.com/ these guys are pretty legit from what I hear from the rod builders I know…
