Are those dings in the stock in the pictures? Are the barrels fixed choke or removable? What choke system? Ejectors or extractors? What kind of shape are the barrels in?

Invector chokes removable. Barrels are in great shape,there are no dings in stocks must be something in pic

I have a Japnese A-5. 12 gage, shoots 3 inch shells.

Looks like an early Lightening or Hunter model. Those are dings in the stock from handling and probably wearing a ring or wedding band. The 1st gen guns were typically IC and Mod if fixed. Later they added Invector tubes. If it is fixed choked it will be a hunter model most likely. It will have selective trigger and ejectors. Doesn’t appear to be much wear or use. Need to see the hinge pin to really tell.

Good solid field guns, shot one for about 30 years now.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Yep, didn’t zoom in on the phone. If the grip is rounded and the fore grip is skimmed down and smooth, it’s a Lightening. If it’s square and a full grip, it’s a Hunter.
