Initial intent was to hit live bottom in 100’ but made the mistake of stopping by one of the public reefs on the way out and imediately began pulling big BSB over the rail. Caught probably 75 or more over 12 inches and kept 30 ranging from 12.5 to 15.5 inches. Had 4 fish over 15 inches and most were 13-14 with the rest around 12.5
Stayed in sight of land all day so the fuel burn was minimal. Ocean was super nice as we ran out and back in at 38mph. (WOT)
Bummer of the day was having another boat literaly run us off of a piece of structure. Some people seem to leave their brains at the dock when they get in their boat.
God blessed us with a great day.![]()
It wasnt by chance a Yellow and white Hydro-sport was it???
Lets cross some Eyes.
No,
A white 20’ CC with his Boat name all over the side.
Not gonna post his name just cause I don’t want the hassle that follows, but this dude needs to learn some manners or “Reef-Rage” may get him one day. Not everyone is quite as passive as me.
OBTW, Left out the part that we were able to pick up a few triggers as well. That made for a nice mixed box of fish.
