caught a few slow trolling ribbon fish off Seabrook Island .

BSB are some what migratory. They are here in huge numbers in cooler weather but move toward cooler - northern water in the heat of summer. We do have a resident population that has grown to huge numbers - IMHO the SAFMC has no business “managing” a species that occurs from Canada to the GOM. It makes them look good to restrict a growing population - and then come back later and claim they have “restored” … This would be like me not controlling fire ants in my back yard - and then announcing that I have restored their population!
