BSB

Fresh Black Sea Bass baked with white wine sauce, lemon and bread crumbs and a side of string beans with almonds. Not for me, but for the wife. This was from about 1 1/2 weeks ago when we went offshore, it was made fresh. Now I got a freezer full still of BSB, Trigger, and Mahi.

Black sea bass is one of the best tasting fish that swims the ocean, and plentiful to boot. You have to keep the wife happy! Good job. I hope you had some of the wine left for dinner!

you are right on the bsb taste. i have always considered it to be the salt water crappie with its’ white flaky meat and mild taste. wish i had some in my freezer. it would be on the table tonight.
