August 25th, 2007 BSOC will be holding Kings for Kids, its annual King Mackerel tournament. Money raised this year will be donated to Communicare. Communicare’s Smiles for a Lifetime program provides dental care for children without insurance. Entry for the tournament is $250 per boat. This fee covers 4 anglers (additional anglers are $50 a piece), 4 t-shirts, and entry for 4 to after-party being held at Salty Mikes from 7-12pm (dinner and beer included). First prize will be $1000 guaranteed up to 20 boats, every boat beyond 20 will be a percentage payout. There will also be calcuttas and prizes for youth and lady anglers. Entry forms are available.
