Buck Hall / Bulls Bay

Fishing here for the first time this Saturday. Low tide showing around the 7:45am area on most apps. Any advice as where to head into the bay and what to look out for? What is the “recommended” style of fishing for this neck of the woods? I usually fish the Harbor, Jetties and the Stono so not real familiar with Bulls Bay.

Also trying not to get stuck… Thanks Everyone!

I’ve had pretty good luck fishing shrimp on the bottom for whiting and reds around White Banks. Leave before the bottom drops out. Trout fishing should pick up in the fall.

Good luck. You probably heard someone caught a tarpon up there…

Went out last Friday, ended up catching some reds and trout on cut bait. Oyster rakes at higher tides along steeper grass banks that weren’t flooding.
