Found these at the DOLLAR TREE yesterday…only $1.00 each…are in front of store with beach stuff as well as on aisle with bandanas, hair stuff, socks and such. Says "designer hair wear on it…but same material as buffs are made out of…girl said they had been selling like hot cakes…but keeping them in stock…several Dollar trees around including james isl,west ashley,mt pleasant nchas summerville…many different colors designs…not bad for a buck…
