Bugs

Does anyone have a solution or anything that helps keep the bugs off the t-top electronics box and console windshield? When trailering.

Never tried it myself but saw it suggested and sounded like a great idea.
Cover these areas with cling wrap / Saran Wrap before hitting the road and perl away when you arrive.

If I’m traveling curtains come down. I’ve seen some wrap the ebox in saran wrap

How is it supposed to hold on, at Hwy speeds:question:

When we trailered long distances, I used to use a vinyl tablecloth, the kind with the soft backing, cut it slightly bigger than my windshield and then use those big binder clips to clip it to my windshield. Now I just take my windshield off, wrap it in a towel and stow it in my bow storage area. The tablecloth may work for you.

Stretch wrap like is used to wrap shipping pallets…They sell rolls of the wrap and a hand held applicator…On long trailering during BUG season i have actually wrapped entire CC…kitchen wrap won’t stick well enough to stay on , 3 wraps with pallet wrap ;start at top and wrap down, then wrap back up then down to bottom , to finish up make 1-2 wraps w /clear packing tape around bottom of cc…Its not expensive and only takes a few minutes to do it…

When you see “Old Glory” waving in the breeze, know that it is the dying breaths of our fallen hero’s that makes it wave.

I don’t travel with curtains on. Shipping wrap#128076;Will work.

Silicone spray and hose the bugs off when you get there. Also works great for making the carpeted bunks slick! Only way the reg will come off the trailer without dunking the truck…
