BULL REDS

yesterday ran up to georgetown to fish in search of the big boys. got out to the deep water w/ plenty of menhaden and fingers on the outgoing tide. Literally within 5 minutes we had a 46 incher and a 35 or so, then nothin so we ran back to get away from the wind but it was worse so we went back to the deep water. Then it was ON…from 330 till 5 we caught about 15 fish, w/ the smallest being 40 inches. best of the day was 55 inches. had double hookups multiple times, and the triple(not that easy ) Crazy day and I will upload photos of these hogs soon…more caught on menhaden

Wow, great day! 55" is a crazy big one from what I have seen. Find the hadens inshore before you went out? Not been seeing many down here around Charleston last 2 days but we got a nice one just shy of 40" this am on big fingers.

Wow sounds like yall had a great spot. Hurry up with the pics.

“In every species of fish I’ve angled for, it is the ones that have got away that thrill me the most, the ones that keep fresh in my memory. So I say it is good to lose fish. If we didn’t, much of the thrill of angling would be gone.” Ray Bergman

yeah we found hadens on the ride out, blind casting bc my friends brother lives up from the deep water so it was muddy w / all the rain but we caught enough. Caught the fingers on the grass line near where the 2 rivers converge. I have a bad phone but if i forward the pics to my gf’s Iphone is there a way to upload the pics? Oh i forgot, best part of the day was a guide that literally cut us off to try and beat us to the “spot”…he chose the wrong side and watched us dominate and he caught 1 toad fish. KARMA
