Forecast was north at 10. Felt like a stiff 15. Saw about 4 boats in the area. Slight deck dancing but went ahead and muscled it out for a solid 3/4. Great size. Can’t wait for the next go around. Get out while the water is muddy and some are there.

About 12. Had some new throwers on 3 passes but wind was not in their throwing favor. I figured with gas,poles,license, food, bait list goes on and on I will go 15 passes if they are somewhat their. Heck just being on the water is a privilege living here !!
Sounds like a great day! Producing good size and numbers is a bonus.

The porpoise have been murder this year. It seems they have learned that an idling motor and sound of lead on the boat deck means dinnertime. they run poles 1 and 2 while we are at 10.
We used to keep a rod with a large rattle trap on it in the boat . Buzz it by them and they will leave for a while
