Here is the report. SandShark and I wanted to be on the poles at 9:00 a.m. but boating issues delayed us. We didn’t start throwing until about 11:00 The first two passes were great. We were catching between 30 - 40 per throw. The next two passes were about 15 per throw. The last two passes were about 25 per entire run of poles. The wind started to get up so we pull the poles.
I think had we been on the poles at 9 am like we had planned we would have coolered out. We ended up with over 1/2 cooler. 60% medium 20% large and 20% small.
A lot of trash on the first run, then trash tapered off.
Hope to try them tomorrow if the wind is not to bad.
Others that I spoke to said they were catching 1/2 to 2/3 of a cooler.
