Ok got no reports from Cowpen so headed up to Bulls bay again from IOP . Best day ever . Went past boats deep holing . Set up in 6 ft water one hour before outgoing tide . Shrimp came in and coolered out in 4 passes . Thank you bulls bay .

Thank you sir. I hit the mud flat to the right. Incoming tide and got over half. Once the tide turned it just wasn’t the same. Finished up deep holing. Slow but steady day. Might give it a shot in the morning.
