Buoy between capers island and capers reef?

So at the beginning of summer I went out in the ocean thinking I was going to capers reef but I put in my coordinates in wrong and it lead me to a buoy between capers reef and capers island, any one know what that buoy is ? Or if there’s structure under it or something? Any input will help thanks!
