Did you eat it? I don’t eat any fish but a few friends and I were talking and curious to the taste of the “salty” largemouths.

Nah, I stick with flounder and red drum for table fare. Everything else gets thrown back. Although, I have heard skate taste just like scallops. Haven’t been brave enough to try it yet. Maybe this year.
