We went out with some friends who were showing us how to fish for reds. Got in yellowhouse and got some menhaden and mullet. Fished with carolina rigs and got 1 catfish all day. Wonder if all the rain has them messed up.

I believe the amount of fresh water has it messed up pretty good. If you’re fishing a rising tide and Santee Cooper is running the hydros…it really cuts down on the salinity and hurts fishing …ESP if its a string of “sub par” high tides.
Apparently we are getting a lot of those with this close moon and I had someone tell me that June was 4th wettest June on record
